Return and exchange policy

We take every precaution when shipping products, but if there is a problem with the quality of the product or if you receive a different product, Please contact us via the "CONTACT" section of our website within one week of receiving your product, providing your order number (#XXXXXX).
As a general rule, we can only accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn items.
We will cover the cost of returning the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • If the product page states that it cannot be returned

About Shipment
  • We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after shipping.

Only products purchased from our online store are eligible.

[Hemming]

We offer free hemming for the first time only for items purchased from our online store.

If you would like to do so, please contact us via the "CONTACT" section of our website and include your order number (#XXXXXX).

Once you receive the product, please try it on, secure the desired length (one leg only) with a pin or something similar, and then send it to our workshop.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, but we will cover the cost of returning the pants after they have been hemmed the first time.

Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks. (Please note that delivery time may vary during peak seasons.)

  • *When ordering from the online store, we do not hem the pants to a specific inseam length before shipping to prevent any issues.
  • *Hemming will be according to the product specifications (single stitch for single leg jeans, chain stitch for chain leg jeans).
  • *We cannot accept returns or refunds after hemming.
  • *Since hemming is done by hand, there may be some slight errors.
  • *When hemming, any processing or creases on the hem will be removed.
  • The thread color may differ from the actual product (we will use the closest color possible).
