The reversible Sukajan series with ukiyo-e motifs has become a popular autumn/winter staple.
This season, the focus is once again on the classic model that was first released in 1998, with the theme of Edo's firemen.
While the first model featured a tiger pattern as its main feature, this latest model focuses directly on the "demon" (demon) and combines various motifs to create a delicate yet bold design that exudes a dynamic feel.
The colors are available in two shades: a playful combination color and a monotone that gives off an elegant vibe.
The monochrome designs are created using advanced techniques, such as using 12 different colors of monochrome embroidery thread to highlight the patterns using only light and dark shades.
The lining is made of Hyakutora yarn-dyed jacquard fabric as a homage to the original model.
The inner lining is padded, making it suitable for winter use.
The rib is inspired by vintage fabric from the 1950s, and recreates the color scheme and loosely twisted texture reminiscent of that era.
This is a special masterpiece that has been revived in modern times, 27 years after its release.
