This is a new model of a two-tone, printed, five-quarter sleeve, tubular body T-shirt, carefully knitted on a 1950s-era vintage knitting machine, based on a vintage baseball tee.
By twisting 16-count open-end yarn and 16-count slub yarn together and allowing just the right amount of space between the threads, we've created an original fabric with a rich texture and unique fullness.
Additionally, we've incorporated strong binders for the neck and hem, and a top-and-bottom stitch for the cuffs, condensing heritage details throughout.
From the material to the sewing specifications, no compromises were made, resulting in a piece that elevates the charm of vintage clothing into a modern style.
The design is inspired by a commemorative tee self-made by Lucky Pherrow, a graduate of the "Lakehurst Rigger School," a parachute mechanic training school during World War II, and is produced with discharge printing.
