For Overseas Customers
Items we cannot ship overseas:
- Precious metals (rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.)
- Leather goods (belts, leather jackets, etc.)
- Medical-related items (glasses, sunglasses, etc.)
For customers in South Korea: During customs clearance, UPS will contact you directly. Please make sure to respond promptly. If your package is not collected within the storage period, it may be disposed of and no refund can be issued.

All international orders are tax-free—Japanese consumption tax is not charged.
Please note that customs duties or local taxes in your country may apply and must be paid upon delivery. The invoice total cannot be adjusted.
We accept credit cards and PayPal only. Bank transfers from overseas are not supported.
If you choose PayPal, you'll receive an email with a link to complete your payment. Please pay within 5 days. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.

We ship orders within 5 business days after payment confirmation. If your items need to be moved from one of our stores, shipping may take slightly longer. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Shipments are delivered via UPS after passing customs. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually around 7–10 days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties or local taxes are not included in the item price.

We cannot ship to the following countries/regions:
- Asia: China, Philippines, Mongolia, India
- North and Central America: Canada, Mexico
- South America: Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Venezuela
- Europe: Portugal, Russia
- Middle East: Qatar, Saudi Arabia
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returns or exchanges.
For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the items are returned and confirmed to be in good condition, we will process your refund. Please contact us first for instructions.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- They are damaged or soiled by the customer
- Shipping details or transaction history cannot be confirmed
- The product page specifies that the item is non-returnable
The following provisions apply only to customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA).
Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Other exceptions provided under applicable EU consumer protection laws
Conformity of Goods
Under Directive (EU) 2019/771, consumers are entitled to receive goods that conform to the contract. If a product is defective, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, as provided by applicable law.
We do not offer hemming services to avoid potential issues.
